Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we are unable to support every event, no matter how much we would like to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The guidelines we adhere to when approving donation requests are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organization should be non-profit, 501(c)3 certified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The event must be in Pennsylvania.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the event date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All donations must be picked up from our retail location:<br>2400 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125<br>Tuesday\u2013Saturday \u2022 11am\u20135pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Due to&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/codes.findlaw.com\/pa\/title-47-ps-liquor\/pa-st-sect-47-4-498\/\"><strong>legalities<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;we are unable to support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Youth and\/or school-related events or events held on school properties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any event where more than 25% of attendees are under the age of 21.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proper licensing from the Liquor Control Board is the responsibility of the event organizer.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commonwealth Ciders will not assume any liability for your event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please complete the form below to have your request considered. Requests sent by mail, voicemail, or email will not be processed.&nbsp;<\/strong>Every request submitted through this form will be considered.
